Companion App Unlocking – for all supported apps

With this digital unlock, you receive access to the premium features of our supported Companion Apps. The unlock applies to all SoftwareNotion Companion Apps that were created or updated after September 10, 2020, and belong to the Companion App series.
Our Companion Apps include, among others, apps such as Tears Companion, Bananza Companion, MKWorld Companion, MHWilds Companion, Breath Companion, Odyssey Companion, and additional apps listed on our reference page.
Important: The email address must match exactly
To ensure that your unlock can be assigned correctly, you must use exactly the same email address during checkout that you will later use to sign in to one of our apps.
This applies to logins via:
Sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, or other supported login providers.
When using Sign in with Apple, you must not use a private relay address unless it is exactly identical to the email address used for your Shopify order.
How the unlock works
- Purchase this digital product in the webshop.
- Use exactly the same email address for the purchase that you also use to sign in to the app.
- Then sign in at least once to one of our Companion Apps using this email address.
- The unlock will be activated within 48 hours after a successful app login and webshop purchase.
Included
With the purchase, all supported Companion Apps will be unlocked that:
- belong to the SoftwareNotion Companion App series,
- were created or updated after September 10, 2020,
- support the shared unlock system.
Not included
This product does not include a separate app download. The apps must still be installed through the respective available platforms, such as the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore, provided they are available in your region. The reference page lists apps for multiple platforms, including the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore.
Important notice before purchase
Before purchasing, please carefully check which email address you use in our apps. Automatic unlocking is only possible if the email address from the order exactly matches the email address of your app login.
If the email addresses differ, the unlock cannot be assigned automatically.
Digital delivery
This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped. The unlock will be delivered digitally within 48 hours after:
- successful purchase in the webshop and
- first login to a supported Companion App using the same email address.
Legal notice for digital content
As this is a digital product, service provision begins after the purchase and after logging in to a supported app. Please note that, depending on applicable law, the right of withdrawal for digital content may expire once performance has begun and you have expressly agreed to this. Please only agree to these terms if you want to use the unlock immediately.
