Returns, cancellation & complaints

In short: For non-personalized items, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive the goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Personalized/custom-made items are excluded from returns. In case of defects, transport damage, or incorrect delivery, we will of course help quickly (replacement/repair/refund within the scope of statutory warranty rights).

1) Which items can you return?

  • Non-personalized standard items: voluntary 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Personalized/custom-made items: no returns (e.g., items with names, special dimensions, special colors, custom designs, or explicitly “made for you”).

2) Defect, transport damage, or wrong item

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, was damaged during transport, or you received the wrong item, please contact us promptly at software-notion|de|JiMxMTU7JiMxMDQ7JiMxMTE7JiMxMTI7 or via our contact form (ideally with your order number and a photo). We will provide a quick solution – e.g., replacement, repair, or refund within the scope of statutory warranty rights. This also applies to personalized items.

3) Returning non-personalized items (30 days): how it works

  1. Register your return: Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message to software-notion|de|JiMxMTU7JiMxMDQ7JiMxMTE7JiMxMTI7 or via our contact form including your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. Return shipment: Send the goods back well packaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please keep proof of shipment.
  3. Condition: Items should be returned unused and in perfect condition where possible. We reserve the right to inspect the return upon receipt.

Please only send returns after a brief registration, so we can provide you with the correct return instructions (e.g., reference/order number) and avoid any questions or delays.

5) Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the refund. If approved, the refund will generally be issued within up to 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that payment providers and banks may require additional time for processing.

6) Exchanges

We do not offer general exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and use the return policy for the original item (as long as it is not personalized). In the event of defects or incorrect delivery, we will of course resolve the issue within the scope of statutory warranty rights.
