Shipping carrier & tracking

We usually ship with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Production time (manufacturing)

Many of our products are made only after you place an order (3D printing). Production time depends on the product type, complexity, and current workload. Shipping costs (by region & weight)

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight/size of your order. The final shipping price will be displayed at checkout.

  • Parcel (0–2 kg): €4.99

  • Package (0–2 kg): €5.99

  • Package (2–5 kg): €7.69

  • Package (5 kg+): €9.99

European Union (EU)

  • Parcel (0–2 kg): €9.99

  • Package (0–2 kg): €14.99

  • Package (2–5 kg): €17.49

  • Package (5 kg+): €22.49

International (Global)

  • Parcel (0–2 kg): €22.49

  • Package (0–2 kg): €26.49

  • Package (2–5 kg): €47.99

  • Package (5 kg+): €77.99

Note: For particularly large models or special packaging, an additional surcharge may apply (this will be shown at checkout).

Free shipping

  • Germany: Free shipping for orders over €30.00

  • EU: Free shipping for orders over €100.00

  • Global: No free shipping (shipping costs depend on weight/address)

Delivery area

Delivery delays

In rare cases, delivery times may be longer due to external factors (e.g., weather or carrier delays). We will inform you if there are unexpected delays.

Transport damage
